Brief introduction:

The XS type pump represents a new generation of high-performance, single-stage, double-suction centrifugal split pumps. These pumps are primarily designed for liquid transportation applications including: water treatment plants, HVAC circulation systems, district heating networks, building water supply systems, irrigation and drainage in pumping stations, power plant operations, industrial water supply systems, fire protection infrastructure, as well as marine and mining applications.

Features:

   Using an optimized hydraulic model, the pump achieves 2-3% higher efficiency than comparable models, lowering operating costs.

   The pump features a specialized high-temperature design with intermediate support, a reinforced pump body, sealed cooling, and thin-oil bearing lubrication, allowing reliable operation at temperatures up to 200°C-making it ideal for heating pipeline systems.

3. Flexible Installation and Sealing Options
   The pump body can be installed either vertically or horizontally to accommodate different working conditions. It also supports both mechanical seals and packing seals for greater adaptability.

4. Enhanced Suction Performance
   The required NPSH (NPSHr) is reduced by 1-3 meters, improving suction efficiency and operational reliability.

5. Simplified Seal Replacement
   The design eliminates the need for mechanical seal adjustment, ensuring quick and straightforward replacement.

6. Easy Rotor Maintenance
   Thanks to elastic prestress assembly technology, the rotor components can be rapidly disassembled and reassembled, reducing maintenance time and effort.

Structure:

1. The distance between the two ends of the pump is short, the pump runs stably, the vibration noise is small, and the speed can be increased properly, so that the pump can adapt to a wider range.  
2. The inlet and outlet are in the same straight line, so that the pipeline layout is simple, convenient and beautiful.  
3. The same rotor can run in reverse, reducing the risk of water hammer damage to the pump.
4. It is unnecessary to make adjustment to any clearance when assembling.
