Brief introduction:
The D(DF) series is a horizontal, single-suction, multistage sectional centrifugal pump. It offers high efficiency, wide operating range, smooth performance, quiet operation, and simple maintenance... The D(DF) series was specifically engineered for handling clean water or other liquids with water-like characteristics. Furthermore, through modifications to wetted components, the pump can be adapted to process various media including hot water, petroleum products, corrosive chemicals, and particle-laden fluids.
Parameters:
- Flow rate:Q=20~540m3/h
- Total head:H=16~370m
- Speed:n=1450rpm/2950rpm
- S.g.:γ ≤1.15
- Temperature:T=-0~80ºC
- Pump diameter:80,100,125,150,200,250mm
Features:
1. Advanced hydraulic designs featuring high efficiency and broad performance range.
2. Smooth operation with minimal noise emission.
3. Available with either packing seal or mechanical seal options.
4. Fully sealed shaft design ensuring no fluid contact.
5. Material adaptability for handling corrosive liquids. D(F) denotes a corrosion-resistant variant, maintaining identical performance specifications to the standard D series.
Structure:
1. The pump assembly primarily comprises bearing housing, inlet section, outlet section, middle section, and guide vanes.
2. The pump features horizontal inlet and vertical outlet orientation; The balance hose on the inlet returns to the water intake side.
3. Between-bearings construction. The rotating components include shaft, impellers, and balance disk.
4. The sealing between pump inlet section, middle section, and outlet section utilizes molybdenum disulfide compound calcium-based lubricating grease. The clearances between rotating and stationary parts are sealed with seal rings, guide vane sleeves, and packing material.
5. Standard shaft sealing employs packing, with mechanical seal available as a customizable option.

Application:
1. Extensively employed in mining operations, industrial facilities, and municipal water supply/drainage systems.
2. Appropriate for pumping clean water and liquids with similar physical/chemical properties to water, as well as fluids including hot water, oils, corrosive substances, and particulate-laden media.
