Product Description
Brief introduction:
The IHF Plastic lining pump is designed according to international standards. The pumping housing is made of metal outing lined with fluoroplastics, and the impeller and pump cover are pressed into form with metal inserts wrapped by fluroplastic alloy, and the shaft seal is realized by mechanically sealing the advanced outer-carrying corrugated pipe. The stationary seal ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramics, while the rotating seal ring is made of tetrafluoro filling materials ( or other materials in light of customer's special working condition). They are corrosion- and wear-resistant and airtight.

Features:
Designed in accordance with international standards, all flow parts are lined with fluorine plastic, and the load-bearing part of the pump is made of metal. Equipped with external corrugated mechanical seal, easy installation and convenient maintenance.

Moving ring :use tetrafluorine-filled carbon fiber material, or according to different distribution of ceramic,silicon carbide, pressureless sintering silicon carbide.
Static ring :use silicon carbide, ceramics, pressureless sintering silicon carbide,etc.
Impeller:
The impeller is made by integral moulding, and the steel insert is wrapped in fluoroplastic to ensure the strength of the impeller.
Bearings :
The bearing adopts 2RS double groove ball grease lubricating type,no oil injection is needed in the later period.
