Vertical axial flow pumps are extensively used in salt production, seawater evaporation for salt extraction, composite alkali processes, etc. The selection of corrosion-resistant materials and high-strength shafts ensures smooth operation and long service life of vertical axial flow pumps. The suction bowl diameter of vertical axial flow pumps ranges from 225mm to 3100mm, providing wide application possibilities.

With support from our professional engineers, custom modifications can be implemented to increase head pressure, enlarge the guide vane body, and achieve vertical mixed-flow pump functionality. For media containing corrosive and hard particles, wear-resistant coatings are applied to impellers, significantly extending the vertical pump's service life. By increasing system pressure and liquid level, forced circulation can be achieved.

Using CFD technology to more efficiently optimize pump hydraulic performance. By adopting the optimization algorithm from Isight, we integrate the functional optimization platform with 3D modeling software Catia, meshing software ICEM, and numerical simulation software CFX.
We have eight modernized workshops covering 12,000 square meters, which producing ability was designed as 18000 pieces per year. The factory consists of foundry workshop, finish-machining workshop, plate welding workshop, assembly workshop and testing center. The maximum lifting ability for tramelling crane is 50 metric tons; There are 510 sets of large and essential processing facilities which enable the requirements for producing all kinds of industrial pumps.Casting of parts and components is an important part of the industrial pump production process. The precise control of the pump material smelting and the flow path size of the over-current components is our key control program for the quality of the pump products. The annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of alloy cast iron and dozens of new casting equipment such as AOD refining furnace and spectrum analyzer, as well as a group of skilled stylists, ensure the excellent quality of our castings.
